NSR player profiles using the passwords supplied to you by your team
coach/administrator. This is part of your tournament package. |

There will be a $5.00 weekend
parking fee for each vehicle, collected by the Rockford Park
District. |

Registration will be held on Friday,
April 25, 2008 at the Host Hotel (Clock Tower Resort) from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
There will be no registration at the fields on Saturday. |

Registration will be organized by
your team number as noted on your game schedule. Please have
this number available when you enter registration. |

Completed On-line Tournament Roster
for administration use (we will have these copies at registration). |

USYSA (State) Roster or US Club
Roster and Guest Player Form if applicable. |

Currrent player passes for all
players and coaches. |
